3810 SE Division is our four-story mixed-use building on 38th and SE Division Street, with one level of ground-floor retail and three levels of residential apartments above. This beautiful property includes a sky-bridge corridor and a tranquil, permeable-surface courtyard with vegetated planters for managing storm water. The apartments at 3810 SE Division were awarded LEED Platinum Certification, the U.S. Green Building Council’s highest accolade. 3810 SE Division is a nonsmoking, ADA-accessible, pet-friendly Portland apartment building. These are artfully designed, well appointed, and very comfortable apartments in one of southeast Portland’s most vibrant neighborhoods. From the start, we have been designing and building on behalf of Portland residents who want to experience living and working in the urban core. 3810 SE Division offers proximity to public transit, schools, parks, restaurants, markets (New Seasons, People’s, Fred Meyer, etc.), theaters, and other neighborhood-serving local establishments, as well as easy access to downtown Portland and OHSU. While we do not have car parking, there are designated bike routes, stops for two major bus lines, and several zip cars nearby—so you can get anywhere quickly from your home at 3810 SE Division.
